Georgia Gwinnett College to hold commencement Friday

Georgia Gwinnett College will have it’s Commencement Ceremony on Friday, December 16, 2011, at the Gwinnett Center – 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth. The event will take place on the ground floor of the facility’s convention center, in the ballroom.

If you attend: Please check in at the media table near the ballroom entrance for your materials. Please be aware that cell phone service in the building is very poor. If you have questions, please contact Sally Ramey at one of the numbers listed above before 1 p.m., otherwise, she will be at the media table.

Videographers/photographers: Graduating students will arrive at 1 p.m. Friday for dressing in their robes and lining up for the ceremony. The students’ preparation schedule is very tight. Please contact Sally Ramey no later than 11 a.m., Friday, if you wish to shoot these activities.
