Retraction : Prior Information Regarding Alexander James Daly Incorrect

Today we received notification that the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Jail Docket had supplied us with incorrect information regarding an arrest we posted on Wednesday, November 2, 2011.

We have been informed that Colonel Donald Pinkard of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department has already retracted this incorrect information from the Docket on January 4, 2012.

As this information is incorrect it has been deleted from our archive. All information regarding the arrest of Alexander James Daly on November 2, 2011 is incorrect.
